Create this amazing painterly look – Street Art

step 1. The original photograph

p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 10.0px Monaco; color: #026311}
p.p2 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 10.0px Monaco; color: #026311; min-height: 14.0px}
step 2. In Blur Fx I blurred the background and some of  the edges of the subjects to isolate them.

step 3. In 100Cameras I applied a warm brown filter, i didn’t like the blue of the jeans, unfortunately this filter added some blue noise on the left side of the image

step 4. with Photo Forge using the eyedropper tool and a thin brush I erased the blue noise.

step 5. with Pic Grunger used the aged filter Gig style at a very low strength just to give a little aged tone to the image

step 6. I liked the darker tone but  found the man’s face too dark so with Iris Photo Suite I used Auto Gamma to clear up the whole picture

step 7. Juxtaposed the 2 pictures to clear up just the face in Juxtaposer.

step 8. The final result….
